'All of humanity' at risk from climate crisis: Biden

US President Joe Biden will tell the UN General Assembly Tuesday that recent extreme climate events show the crisis poses a threat to the existence of the whole human race.

"From day one of my administration the United States has treated this crisis as the existential threat that it is, not only to us, but to all of humanity," Biden was to say according to excerpts released by the White House.
