Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa has convened an important meeting on the issues of bench formation and pending cases in the Supreme Court of Pakistan at 3 pm Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.

According to sources, the Chief Justice of Pakistan has also invited representatives from the Pakistan Bar Council and Supreme Court Bar Association in the meeting.

In the meeting, suggestions of lawyers' organizations will be sought to improve the delivery of justice.

Sources say that lawyers' organizations will give suggestions regarding the formation of benches and appointment of cases for hearing.

The lawyers will also give suggestions regarding scheduling urgent cases for early hearing.
