Pakistan’s textile exports decline by 12pc in January last

The annual textile exports of Pakistan declined by 12 per cent in January last for the fourth consecutive month, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
An eight per cent decrease in the textile exports was recorded between July 2022 and January 2023.
The textile exports in January 2023 remained $1.36 billion.
The textile exports were $1.55 billion in January 2022.
The textile exports remained $10.08 billion from July 2022 to January 2023.
These exports were $10.9 billion during the same period the previous year.
