Federal Education Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain said it is a constitutional right of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to choose the Caretaker Chief Minister (CM) and no one can snatch it.
According to the 24news HD TV channel, the federal minister talked to the journalists in Sheikhupura on Friday and answers some queries about the caretaker setup and PTI leadership's demands.
Rana Tanveer Hussain said that Parvez Elahi has lost his mental balance like Imran Khan after leaving power and making some unconstitutional demands which are out of the box.
Education Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain while talking to the media along with PML-N leader Haji Tariq Dogar declared Imran Khan responsible for the current poor economic situation.
Rana Tanveer Hussain said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his team are working hard day and night but it will take ten years to remove Imran Khan's wrongdoings.
The federal education minister said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has held a five-hour-long meeting to somehow reach an agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as he wants to save the masses from the burden of inflation.
Talking about the issue of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) parliamentarians' resignations, Rana Tanveer Hussain said that if they accept the resignations of Imran Khan's team, they go to court so if the former premier wanted acceptance of his resignation from the House should come to assembly himself and talk to the Speaker.
answering another query, the minister declared former premier Imran Khan a liar and said he resigned from the assembly in 2014 but had received six months' salary.
