Minister says over 15,000 complaints received on Hajj Portal

Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Senator Talha Mehmood said on Tuesday that over 15,000 complaints were received on Hajj Complaint Portal in one month which were addressed on time, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a special interview, he asked private Hajj tour operators to provide facilities to pilgrims as per their package.
He made it clear to them that strict action would be taken against them in case of any complaint against them.
The minister said he was performing Hajj this year as an ordinary pilgrim under the government Hajj scheme.
