Two more polio cases surface in Sindh

Two more polio cases surfaced in Sindh province, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.

This year, the total number of polio cases has reached 39, according to the National Institute of Health

A girl from the Sanghar district and a boy from the Mirpur Khas district have been hit by the polio virus.

So far 20 cases from Balochistan, 12 from Sindh, 5 from KP and one each from Punjab and Islamabad have been reported.

A nationwide anti-polio campaign is being launched on October 28.

The health experts have called upon people to ensure participation in the campaign so that their children can be protected from this crippling virus.
