Lockdown violators to be quarantined: Shahwani

Expressing concerns over violation of lockdown and rising number of COVID-19 cases in Balochistan, government’s spokesperson Liaquat Shahwani on Tuesday warned that the people who would not wear face masks in public would be quarantined.

Talking to journalists, Shahwani urged the people to follow the safety steps issued by the government to keep them and their families safe from the deadly virus.

He maintained that 486 cases of coronavirus were reported in the province and 268 were transmitted locally, forcing the government to go for strict laws to limit the spread of coronavirus.
