Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi to face Toshakhana reference hearing on December 23

The Accountability Court in Islamabad has accepted the Toshakhana reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi for regular hearing, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Wednesday.
The reference alleges that the couple had illegally obtained luxury items from the Toshakhana, a state gift repository.
The court has issued summon notices to both the accused and directed them to appear before the court on December 23.
The reference will be heard by Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir, who had also presided over the corruption cases against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
