A ‘big setback’ for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) just a day before the election for the Punjab chief minister due to be held tomorrow (Friday, July 22, 2022) as the party MPA Uzma Zaeem Qadri Thursday quarantined herself after testing positive for the coronavirus, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The development has made the participation of the PML-N MPA in the Punjab Assembly’s (PA) tomorrow’s session doubtful.
The PML-N leaders are certainly not feeling comfortable at all as the support of each and every MPA is crucial not only for the ruling party but also for the opposition parties namely Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) if they are to win the Punjab CM election.
