Govt denotifies PCB management committee

On the completion of the tenure, the federal government on Tuesday denotified the Management Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
According to the 24News HD TV channel, The affairs of the PCB have been handed over to the Election Commissioner appointed by the Patron of the cricket board.
The Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC Division) has also issued the notification of dissolving the PCB Management Committee as its extended tenure stands completed on the night of 19th and 20th June.
As per the notification, all the members of the PCB Management Committee including Chairman Najam Sethi have become inactivated.
So, the PCB Management Committee no longer has the authority to take any decisions, the notification said.
The channel report said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has nominated Zaka Ashraf and Mustafa Ramday for the PCB Governing Board.
