Two more seminary teachers arrested in Chakwal rape scandal

Law authorities on Tuesday made two more arrests in connection with the Chakwal madrassa rape case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Reportedly, police arrested two more teachers of the Madrassa Jamia Al-Mustafa who were involved in the despicable act of sexually assaulting minor students at a seminary.
During the investigation, police also recovered a knife from the possession of the accused.
The boys who brought charges of sexual assault against their teachers at madrassa also bore the marks of knife cuts on their bodies.
The Punjab police sent the DNA samples of the victim children and the accused to the Punjab Science Forensic Laboratory.
Meanwhile, two accused, Zeeshan and Anis, who were arrested earlier would be presented before the court of the city magistrate to seek further extension in their physical remand.
Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi took serious notice of the incident and directed the authorities to bring to the book all the vile characters involved in the wicked act of children’s rape at the seminary.
On November 20, a sex scandal in a Chakwal madrassa rocked the nation in which two teachers were accused of raping 14 of their students.
The father of one of the victims lodged a complaint at a police station, stating that when went to meet his son at the seminary, he found his child traumatized. Upon inquiry, the child revealed that he and 13 other students had been subjected to sexual abuse by their teachers, identified as Zeeshan and Anis.
The victims, as young as 14 years old, not only experienced sexual harassment but their rapists also inflicted cut marks on their bodies.
