Woman becomes mother at 70 in Indian Gujarat

A 70-year-old woman in the Indian state of Gujarat has given birth to a child. The mother and child are in good health. 

According to media reports, a 70-year-old woman has given birth to a baby boy in the Kutch district of Gujarat, India.

A woman named Jeewan Ben Rabari gave birth by caesarean section using in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure.

"When the woman first came to us, we told her it was impossible to have a baby at such an old age, but she insisted that she wanted a baby," said Naresh Bhanushali, the woman's doctor.

The birth of a child at this age without any complications is nothing short of a miracle. According to the doctor, due to the age of the woman, he thought a lot about handling the case but later took up the case.

The doctor said that the child is very healthy and his mother Jeewan Ben Rabari is also in good health.
