Barrister Gohar demands immediate notification of 38 MNAs as per SC decision

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan Friday called for the immediate issuance of notifications for 38 members of the National Assembly (MNAs), reported 24NewsHD Tv channel.

Barrister Gohar, representing PTI, stated that the Supreme Court clarified the matter on September 14, removing any ambiguity.

"The Election Commission of Pakistan is bound to implement the Supreme Court's decision and should issue the notification today," Barrister Gohar said.

He emphasized that the Election Commission has no constitutional, legal, or moral justification to delay the notification, as 39 MNAs had already been notified earlier.
