An Indian-made anti-tank mine has been recovered from Peer Pilai, a bordering village of Narowal district on Monday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the mine weighed around 18 pounds and was swiftly disposed of by the bomb disposal squad.
Pertinent to mention here that in the last week, at least two Indian-made anti-tank mines have already been recovered from a bordering village in Zafarwal.
Reportedly, these mines seemingly travelled from India via a nullah flowing through the village. Both the mines weighed around 30 pounds each.
The bomb disposal squad and rescue 1122 were instantly called and took possession of the mines after disposing of them.
