Fazl announces to mark Youm-e-Tashakar after historic judgment by SC in Mubarak Saani case

JUI-F Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman has lauded Supreme Court of Pakistan Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa for accepting the suggestions of ulema regarding Mubarak Saani bail case and ordered omission of all objected paragraphs in the revision judgment, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Maulana Fazl announced to mark Youm-e-Tashakar tomorrow after historic judgment by the apex court.

JUI-F chief said that no one on earth can conspire against the belief of Khatm-e-Nabubat. He said the rights of those who do not recognize the constitution are lost. The Supreme Court has struck down all objectionable clauses.

Maulana Fazl also thanked the Parliament as the government and the opposition were united on this issue. JUI-F congratulated the nation and the religious parties for achieving great success. He also congratulated the entire nation. He said Ulema successfully convinced Supreme Court of Pakistan.
