Suspicious bag found in Islamabad’s mosque, suspect arrested

A suspected bag was found in Islamabad’s mosque which triggered fear in the people of the area and security officials as mosque is near to a place where PTI was planning to hold rally, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, suspected bag was found in mosque adjacent to PTI rally site. Police evacuated mosque and summoned bomb disposal squad while a contingent of police were stationed outside the mosque.

Meanwhile, police have reportedly arrested the owner of the suspected bag. The suspect is resident of Kashmir who has been shifted to unidentified location by security forces.
