Tariq Bugti appointed new president of PHF

Tariq Mesoori Bugti has been appointed as new president of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Election Commission, which approves big appointments during the caretaker set-up as per rules, has approved the appointment of Bugti as the PHF president.

Now, the name of new PHF president will be presented in the PHF Congress.

No-confidence motion will be filed against Khalid Sajjad Khokhar, who was earlier removed from his post, in the PHF Congress. Bugti will officially become the PHF president after proceedings of the PHF Congress.
