Punjab govt launches minority card, CM Maryam vows to protect minorities

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched minority card program, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz addressing the ceremony in Lahore said, “I will stop those conspiring against minorities with all my might and I will not let the lives and property of minorities be put at risk”.
“I will personally monitor the protection of minorities and the minorities are the crown of my head”, Maryam Nawaz said.
She said under Minority card, the government will give Rs10,000 to deserving people every three months and amount will be increased to Rs75000”.
During the launching ceremony, CM Maryam Nawaz embraces women of the minority community and listened to their complaints.
