Renowned Pakistani musician Atif Aslam has paid a hefty amount of Rs75 lakh (7.5 million) to the Federal Board Of Revenue (FBR) as the advance tax of the year 2023, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Federal Board Of Revenue has issued a formal notice to singer Atif Aslam which demands the celebrity to pay the advance income tax for the year 2023.

The FBR has also initiated the process of income tax audit for Atif Aslam which will verify and inspect the musician’s accounts to confirm that he is adhering to the provisions of the Income Tax law.

The Federal Board Of Revenue has asked Atif Aslam to provide his bank statements, box office accounts, and other relevant documents in order to start the process of the income tax audit.

However Atif Aslam as of now not complied with the demands of the FBR and has not provided any of the required documents for the income tax audit.
