Bomb defused planted outside CTD officer’s house in Bannu

Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) of Bannu successfully defused a bomb in city vicinity that was planted outside the Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Shafeed ullah, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The BDS squad also took out a search operation in the area on Sunday to seize any other explosives.

Bannu Police said that miscreants planted a device outside the main gate of the ASI of CTD in the dead of the night but the BDS team reached the site and defused it completely.
