Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN-UK) workers on Sunday staged a protest in front of the residence of Jemima Goldsmith, ex-wife of former prime minister Imran Khan, reported 24News HD TV Channel.
PML-N workers, who were invited by PMLN-UK President Zubair Gul, said they were not in favour of protesting outside anyone’s residence, adding the manner in which Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers gather outside the residence of Nawaz Sharif's children and utter inappropriate words has now become unbearable.
The arguments and protests between PML-N workers and locals in front of the residence of Imran Khan's ex-wife Jemima Goldsmith were widely criticized, but when the situation worsened, the police intervened.
PML-N workers from across the UK, including Nasir Butt, Ijaz Gul, Anjum Chaudhry, Iqbal Sandhu, Begum Nawadar, Dr Anjum and Waris Khan, held banners and placards and chanted slogans.
