Aitzaz backs PECA, says mostly fake news belongs to Maryam Nawaz 

Senior lawyer and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Aitzaz Ahsan has endorsed the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) Ordinance 2022 partially, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Wednesday.
Aitzaz termed the PECA Ordinance 2022 somewhat correct and said most of the fake news are with Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
He raised the question that if Maryam Nawaz had videos of the judge then why he did not present the videos in court to prove the innocence of Nawaz Sharif?.
Aitzaz termed the audio of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar as fake and also claimed that Nawaz Sharif went abroad by making fake medical reports.
He while commenting on the alliance of opposition parties—the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) said that all have come together for personal gain, and none of them is sincere with the people of Pakistan. He also advised the people not to trust the parties involved in the PDM.
