KP govt orders immediate closure of universities amid security concerns

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced the immediate closure of all universities across the province including Abbottabad universities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
As per details, a notification has been issued to the universities to be vacated promptly from today.
The reason behind the decision to close universities was to maintain peace and security in the region.
Moreover, several religious groups across the province will record their protest.
