Participants of “Save Gaza sit-in” end dharna on Interior Minister’s request

With the request of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, the participants have ended their 41-day-long “Save Gaza sit-in” in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the details, former senator Mushtaq Ahmed Khan and other key members of the “Save Gaza campaign” met with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
On the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi assured them that the government fully endorsed their demands and the government would continue to play its role in the support of Gaza and would continue to raise voices against Israeli aggression.
The Interior Minister assured them that the government would try its best to follow their suggestions regarding the Gaza issue.
The Interior Minister also offered dua for the victims who lost their lives in an unfortunate incident during the sit-in.
Mohsin Naqvi assured them that justice would surely be provided to the victims.
Interior Secretary Khurram Ali Agha, Chief Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Nawaz Memon and DIG Operator Ali Raza attended the meeting.
