Four former MPAs join PML-N after meeting with Shehbaz Sharif

Four former members of the Punjab assembly Wednesday announced their decision to join the Pakistan Muslim League-N after meeting with its president and former prime minister Shehbaz Sharif, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The ex-MPAs are Makhdoom Syed Mubeen Alam, Makhdoom Masood Alam, Syed Mubeen Zaman and Syed Basit Sultan Bukhari.
They expressed their full confidence in the leadership of Shehbaz Sharif and his elder brother, the party's supreme leader and three-time prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
The meeting was also attended by the PML-N Punjab president Rana Sanaullah Khan, Sardar Awais Leghari, Sheikh Fayyazuddin and Mian Imtiaz.
Shehbaz Sharif welcomed the new entrants to the party and congratulated them on their decision.
He said that the PML-N was the largest and most representative party of Pakistan and that it had a mission to strengthen and develop the federation of Pakistan.
He also said that under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, the PML-N had a remarkable track record of increasing the resources of the federating units and solving the problems of the people.
He assured them that their involvement would help the party to achieve great success in the upcoming elections and present the gift of economic development to the people.
The former MPs thanked Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif for their trust and support and expressed their good wishes for the party.
They said that they were impressed by the vision and performance of the PML-N and that they would work hard to serve the people and uphold the party's principles.
