CM Bugti reiterated the government's commitment to its initial priorities, stating that while decades-old problems cannot be solved in months, the direction towards progress must remain clear.

In a cabinet address, CM Bugti urged members to actively engage with their constituencies to address public concerns. The meeting also paid tribute to the late Sardar Sarfaraz Chakar Domki, Provincial Local Government Minister, and expressed sorrow over the passing of minority member Patrick St. Masih.

Key decisions included the approval of the Balochistan Integrated Water Resources Policy, aimed at ensuring the efficient use of the province's water resources. The Balochistan Organic Agriculture Policy 2024 was also greenlit, reflecting the government's commitment to sustainable agricultural practices.

Additionally, the cabinet approved amendments to the Provincial Motor Vehicle Ordinance 1965, as well as the release of necessary funds to support the Prime Minister's Hepatitis C eradication program in the province.

Plans to establish modern pediatric and cardiology institutions in Quetta were proposed, with the Balochistan Institute of Children Health and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Institute of Cardiology set to be developed on modern lines. A special committee, led by the provincial health minister, has been formed to provide recommendations.

Other significant approvals included the Balochistan Alternate Dispute Resolution Amendment Bill 2024, the province's first Digital Social Media Policy, and the activation of the Right to Information Commission, which will enhance public access to information.

In principle, the cabinet also approved the Balochistan Probation and Parole Service Draft Bill 2024 and the Hub Master Plan, demonstrating the government's dedication to public welfare and good governance under the leadership of CM Bugti.
