Grenade attack on Shehryar Afridi’s ancestral home in Kohat

The ancestral home of former minister Shehryar Khan Afridi has been hit by a hand grenade, 24NewsHD TV channel reported Thursday.

Unidentified people threw the grenade at Shehryar Afridi's house in Kohat. The grenade landed near the gate of the house and exploded.

There was no loss of life in the incident. A heavy contingent of police rushed to the site and launched a hunt for the miscreants.

District Police Officer Shafiullah Gandapur reached the spot.
