To control the smog in Lahore, the administration has imposed a ban on the entrance of any passenger and goods transport without a Digital Fitness Certificate (DFC).

The 24News HD TV channel reported on Friday that Relief Commissioner Punjab Babar Hayat Tarar has issued a written order in this regard.

According to the orders issued by the Relief Commissioner, no passenger vehicle will now enter Lahore without a digital fitness certificate.

While goods Transport will also need to get a fitness certificate from the government, the channel report said.

The police have been ordered to take action against the vehicles without a fitness certificate so now the traffic police can stop a vehicle entering Lahore city without a digital certificate.
