Sharjeel orders action against private vehicles using govt number plates

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has ordered action against persons using government number plates on private vehicles, 24 News HD TV channel.

Action should be taken against those displaying government number plates on private vehicles, the minister said while chairing a meeting of the Excise and Taxation Department.

Sharjeel said from January 1, vehicle registration and transfer will also be online and people will be able to register and transfer vehicles.

Ending cash dealing will provide the best convenience to the public and promote transparency, the minister maintained, adding that under the vision of the government of Sindh, the tax payment system will be fair and easier.
