Lahore court issues Rs200,000 degree against Asia Cargo Service

A consumer court in Lahore on Friday issued a Rs200,00 degree against Asia Cargo Service Railways Station for delivering faulty batteries, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Judge Waseem Afzal also imposed Rs50,000 fine on the cargo service.
The court issued the order on the plea of Johar Town’s Waqas Zafar who booked two batteries to be delivered at an address in Multan.
The consumer told the court that batteries that reached Multan were broken which cost him a loss of Rs200,000.
