Man trying to smuggle heroin in shoes arrested at Islamabad Airport

The Anti-Narcotics Force on Saturday arrested a passenger at Islamabad International Airport and recovered heroin from his possession, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Reportedly, the ANF stopped a passenger at Islamabad airport. He wanted to board a flight to Sharjah. But during checking, the ANF recovered 434gm heroin from his possession which he had concealed in his shoes.
The arrested passenger was a resident of Buner.
In another operation, the ANF with collaboration of FC Khyber recovered 36kg charas and 1.5kg ice (methamphetamine) from plastic bags.
In two different operations in Quetta and Tuftan Highway, the ANF recovered a total 51kg charas.
The ANF spokesperson said that cases have been registered against the accused under Anti-Narcotics Act.
