PML-N and Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan form seat adjustment committee

A meeting was held Saturday between PML-N President Mian Shehbaz Sharif and a delegation of Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan led by Senator Prof Sajid Mir, the head of the religious party, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The meeting discussed the issues of seat adjustment between the two parties for the upcoming elections.
It was decided that a five-member committee would be formed to finalise the seat adjustment formula.
The committee members are Senator Hafiz Abdul Karim, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Rana Sanaullah, Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Malik Ahmed Khan from PML-N and Syed Sabatin Shah and Malik Sulaiman from Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan.
The committee will consult with each other and submit its report to Mian Nawaz Sharif, the former prime minister and PML-N supremo.
The delegation of Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan will also meet Mian Nawaz Sharif on Monday to seek his approval for the seat adjustment deal.
