Two shot dead in Jalalpur Jattan over ‘old enmity’

Two people died on the spot while one was seriously injured after some unknown men sprayed the car they were travelling in with bullets in Jalalpur Jattan area of Gujrat on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The dead, who were later identified as Chaudhry Falak Sher Ranjha and his driver Tajammul, were returning home after attending a court hearing, rescue sources told 24News.
Police, on the other hand, surmised that the incident appeared to be the result of an old enmity. However, investigation was underway to ascertain the truth, the Force said.
It is worth-mentioning here that growing number of incidents of murder have instilled fear in the hearts of people of the area.
