Nawaz Sharif gives tasks to Maryam as elections near

Former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, who has been staying in London for the last three years for medical treatment, has directed the party’s chief organizer Maryam Nawaz to constitute ‘Manshoor Committee’ as the party makes preparations for the next general elections, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Sources told 24News that Nawaz had also issued instructions to Maryam to make arrangements for giving him a warm reception on his homecoming besides preparing a schedule for the PML-N’s countrywide rallies ahead of elections. 

Apart from that, they elaborated, the former prime minister had given some other assignments to his daughter as well regarding the party and electoral matters.
