Gas supply suspended to CNG stations for three days in Karachi

The CNG stations will remain closed for three days — from 8am today to 8am on Monday — across Karachi due to shortage of the gas in the city, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
“The gas supply to the CNG stations will remain suspended for 72 hours,” said the spokesperson for the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC).
“Gas supply to the general industry and Kepto power will remain suspended for the next 24 hours from 8am on Sunday,” he added.
“The decision of suspending gas supply to the CNG stations was made to meet the gas needs of the domestic consumers,” he stated.
