Sindh Senior Minister for Information, Transport and Excise & Taxation Sharjeel Memon has said that PTI founder got relief from NAB amendments instead of PPP leadership, reported 24News HD TV channel.


Addressing a press conference Sharjeel Memon claimed that the PTI founder and his sister benefited from the amnesty scheme and PTI sought stay orders and relief.


He said that PTI’s Shahzad Akbar had run away with a file of cabinet decisions. He said PTI leader Umar Ayub was a direct product of a dictator.


Talking about Karachi buses, the PPP leader said that more electric buses will be brought to Karachi while People's buses will reach Nawabshah tomorrow and bus service operation will start next week. He said the BRT project got slow during the caretaker government.


He said the Sindh government has started an operation against fake number plates. He warned the public that they would be jailed if arrested with fake number plates.


He urged the people who were doing fake number plates business to stop such illegal activities. He said now the owner of the unregistered vehicle will be fined Rs 10 lakh. He claimed now no one will be able to drive unregistered vehicles in Sindh.
