Kite-flying claims two lives 

Kite-flying claimed two lives while stray string injured another person seriously in Punjab districts, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.

In Multan, a young man died as a string of a kite slit his neck. The body was shifted to Nishtar Hospital. 

The deceased was passing through the Gilani flyover on his motorcycle when he had the tragedy.

In Wazirabad, a motorcyclist died as string slit his throat. He was returning from an Eid event.

Reportedly, a man was hospitalised after being injured by a string in Gujranwala.

Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi took notice of the incidents and sought a report from the authorities concerned.
