Fans compare Adnan Siddiqui’s 'Rehmati' character in Gentleman with Sanjay Dutt

Pakistani actor Adnan Siddiqui recently gave an interview from the sets of his ongoing drama serial 'Gentleman' which was uploaded by the YouTube channel of Next Level Entertainment in which he disclosed his character in 'Gentleman' as (Rehmati) and how people are comparing it with Indian actor Sanjay Datt’s character in the movie 'Vastav' 

During the conversation, Adnan Siddiqui shared details about the making of Rehmati’s character and said he got inspired by one of his friends.

He said, “We all sat down together and discussed how Rehmati’s look, style, and attitude should be. Me, Sana, Haissam, and Humayun discussed it in detail. I have copied it from my friend who eats tobacco like this and also wears Surma and jewelry, so, I took the inspiration from him. Many people will now say this character resembles an Indian character, what can I say regarding this?

"It's good that they are comparing it with a good work, the good thing is that I haven’t deliberately copied it but it happened which is okay because obviously it was just a character and he didn’t have copyrights of that particular character."
