Soon after coming back from his two-day visit to Russia, Prime Minister Imran Khan has become active and summoned two important sessions on financial affairs and health, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
Foreign Minister Shaukat Tarin and FBR officials will participate in the session called on fiscal affairs. It is expected that a consultation will be held on the tax collection including taxes that will be imposed in the fiscal budget of 2022-23.
The premier has also called a session on health. The meeting would discuss Sehat Card facility and the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country.
PM Imran Khan will preside over both the sessions in Bani Gala.
Separately, Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday constituted a six-member selection committee for the appointment of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) chairman.
According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri has been appointed as selection committee chairman, while other members are Sania Nishtar, secretary Ministry of Religious Affairs, Secretary Cabinet Division, Secretary Establishment Division and Secretary Law and Justice.
