‘Evil Genius’ arrested in Karachi

An ‘evil genius’ involved in decoding snatched and stolen cell phones was arrested in Karachi, reported 24News HD TV channel on Friday.
The Civil Lines Police, Karachi police arrested a gang involved in selling snatched and stolen cell phones. A software genius who is an expert in decoding cell phones was also arrested. Civil Lines Police Station SHO told that the gang was involved in selling stolen and snatched cell phones.
During investigations, the accused told the police that stolen and snatched cell phones were decoded in Sadar Mobile Market by charging Rs1000 to Rs3000.
The police recovered cell phone decoding devices and laptop. A case has been registered against the gang.
