PIA Peshawar office sealed for non-payment of tax

The tax collection authorities have sealed the regional office of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) in Peshawar over non-payment of property tax worth Rs11.8 million, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
The PIA office located in the Cantonment area did not pay property tax despite repeated notices.
The TV channel reported that despite multiple notices the national airline office in Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, did not pay any heed to the notices sent by the property tax collection authorities.
