Maleeka Bokhari announces quitting PTI after release from Adiala Jail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) detainue leader Maleeka Bukhari announced resigning from party positions after getting released from the Adiala Jail on Thursday night.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, she addressed a press conference after her release from prison in Rawalpindi and condemned the vandalism on May 9.
Talking about her future plans, Maleeka Bokhari said she wants to play a vital role in Pakistan as a lawyer.
She said there was no pressure on her and she wants a transparent inquiry into the matter of the May 9 tragedy.
She said no one harassed her in prison but jail problems are hard to deal with as she was given Class-C in Adiala Jail.
Barrister Maleeka Bukhari said she will now give time to her family and profession.
Adiala Jail officials confirmed that they have freed Malika Bukhari as her detention orders were withdrawn by Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner.
