Woman raped in Jhelum at gunpoint

A man barged into a house of a married woman and raped her at gunpoint in Jhelum on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Later the man locked the main gate before fleeing from the spot.
Police said that the initial medical report had confirmed rape with the woman, who worked as a maid at people’s homes, while there were also marks of torture on her body.
The Force further said that a case had been registered against suspect Ashraf, who was a close relative of victim’s husband and had a criminal record.
