The number of children involved in criminal activities has begun to surge, raising alarm bells among authorities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Sunday.

Recently, security footage from the Lytton Road area Lahore captured a young boy stealing a motorcycle, shedding light on this disturbing trend.

In the CCTV footage, the young thief can be seen meticulously picking the lock of a motorcycle belonging to citizen Muhammad Ahmed.

After successfully unlocking the vehicle, he swiftly escapes into the surrounding streets, disappearing with the stolen motorcycle. The entire act took place over a span of six and a half minutes.

Local police have expressed concern over this incident and other similar cases involving young offenders.

The Litton Road Police promptly registered a case based on Muhammad Ahmed's request.

The growing inclination of children toward criminal behavior is deeply troubling. Youth involvement in thefts, vandalism, and other illicit activities poses significant challenges for our communities. Police emphasize that addressing this issue requires urgent attention.
