Speaking on the occasion, Faizan Arif Mughal expressed gratitude to the Pakistan Army for providing opportunities to promote Kashmiri culture and recreation.
The Director General of the Kashmir Cultural Academy stated that the Pakistan Army continues to play a pivotal role in uplifting the standard of living for Kashmiris.
