Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shibli Faraz Tuesday blamed the leaders of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for coming to power only to erase their ‘black deeds’ and get NRO, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
He said that the PTI and Imran Khan had one-point agenda which was the supremacy of law and the strengthening of institutions through reforms.
He also said that the current rulers could not be tolerated anymore, for they had brought the country to a Sri Lanka-like situation.
“We have only one demand. We want general elections in the country so that the country could be brought out of the current crisis,” he demanded.
Meanwhile, another PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said while talking to media outside the apex court that the government in Pakistan was not accepting the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
“This is, I believe, a very big constitutional crisis in the country which has shaken the constitutional foundations of Pakistan,” he said and sought an action against it.
“What is the real problem in Pakistan? The real problem is that a crisis occurs when you do not accept the public decision,” he pointed out.
“Imran Khan was elected as the prime minister by the people of Pakistan? Why was a conspiracy hatched against him? All the characters, involved in the conspiracy against him, were sorry today,” he stated.
