Incitement to violence: ATC orders seizure of properties of Adil Raja, Haider Mehdi and 4 others

 Anti-Terrorism Court has ordered Deputy Commissioner Islamabad to seize the movable and immovable properties of absconders YouTubers Adil Raja, Haider Mehdi, Shaheen Sahbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir and Wajahat S Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra issued written orders after all the accused failed to appear before the court who were wanted to police on charges of incitement and inciting people to violence.

ATC judge ordered NADRA chairman to block the identity cards and passports of the accused.

The judges ordered Director General FIA to block the passport of the accused. The court sought the implementation report of the court orders from the concerned department within 15 days.

The statements of the prosecution witnesses against the accused have been recorded earlier.
