Continuing violence against Palestinians, Israeli Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has further inflamed tensions by announcing plans to hoist the Israeli flag over the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Tuesday.
According to media reports, this statement by the Israeli minister has provoked further unrest in the region and anger among the Muslim Ummah.
The media reported that on Tuesday morning, the relentless violence against Palestinians showed no signs of abating as Israeli forces launched another deadly airstrike on a refugee camp in the occupied West Bank.
The strike targeted the Nur Shams refugee camp, claiming the lives of five Palestinians and leaving many others injured.
The attack has been confirmed by official sources, adding to the grim toll of lives lost.
Since the beginning of Israeli aggression, more than 40,435 Palestinians have been killed, with over 93,534 injured.
The Nur Shams camp alone has witnessed the deaths of 640 Palestinians at the hands of Israeli forces and settlers.
