Pakistani dimple queen Hania Aamir took to Instagram and shared a video of herself celebrating Christmas, but it became a source of contention when netizens noticed her wearing a 'Zara' dress.

In the shared reel, the lady wore a red tube dress.

The criticism follows the ongoing controversy surrounding Zara's recent advertising campaign, which drew parallels to the Gaza conflict, prompting calls for a boycott of the multinational clothing company.

Netizens chastised the actress for wearing and promoting a brand that advocates genocide in Palestine.

The comments section was filled with venom and rage.

Few people claimed that Hania did it on purpose in order to gain attention and make headlines. She spends a lot of time on the internet and knows exactly which brands to promote and which to avoid, and questions her religion.

Here are a few of the comments given by social media users.

“You’re wearing Zara! For someone as chronically online as yourself, I would assume you’d know what brands to promote!! #boycotzara.”

““How tone deaf do you have to be to do this? ur definitely not unaware of how Zara is a pro-Israel brand and how it recently mocked the Palestinian martyrs in its latest campaign?? yet u bought a dress from zara?? ur choice to fund the genocide in Palestine. ur money is the reason why thousands and thousands of palestinian children are killed”

“Hania clearly shw her side she is from Israel ?? side consequently she wore zara”
“She did it intentionally and purposely”

“She been wanting to get cancelled.. I think we should fulfill her wish..”

“Shame on you Hania Amir for not having currentaffairs and reality check of Today's world . Yet you are considered as most influential lady both in India and Pakistan. SHAME ON YOU”

Look at Zara's advertisement, in which the model is shown standing in a room with dummies wrapped in white covers and surrounded by rubble, which bears an uncanny resemblance to images of Palestinians living under Israeli occupation.
