Punjab govt dissolves two key boards

The Punjab government Friday dissolved two different boards besides removing two employees working on different key posts, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to a notification, the Board of Directors of the Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation has been dissolved. As a result of which, Sajid Ahmed Khan, Manan Khan, and Zainab Umar were removed. Mohammad Iqbal Chaudhry Media Consultant at Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation (PJHF) was also removed. His appointment notification has been withdrawn by the government.
Likewise, PJHF consultants Shahida Naveed, Zabiullah Nagra, Muhammad Arshad Khan, and Town Planner Aqsa Iftikhar were dismissed.
The Board of Directors of Bab-e- Pakistan Foundation was dissolved. Subsequently, Malik Nadeem Abbas, Amin Zulqarnain, Adil Pervaiz, Sadia Sohail, Naseem Shahid, Muhammad Asghar, Muhammad Faisal Anwar, and MNA Rukhsana Naveed were dismissed.
The Board for Advancement of Literature Director Muhammad Asghar Abdullah and Bazm-e-Iqbal Director Mansoor Afaq have been dismissed.
